Being a PA Private Licensed School enables us to offer a diploma upon completing all requirements of this program in accordance with our state license. While you will find additional workforce programming within our Pop District initiative offerings, only programs that have been approved to operate by the PA Department of Education under our Carnegie Institute school are considered licensed programming.
